This is a Axial fat-suppressed postcontrast  MRI of a 38 years old woman complaining of  left eye pain and reduction in the vision over three days duration.
Identify this MRI?
What are the common causes for this?

    difficult case
    she has abnormal enhancement in left optic nerve , it can be due to optic neuritis

    common causes of optic neuritis are
    ischemic neuritis
    encephalitis
    meningitis
    MS
    embolic optic neurotis

    its differential diagnosis list is very large
